 VACANCY: Programme Support Officer - GIRLS Programme

The Programme Support Officer - GIRLS Programme will work closely with the Programme Officer: GIRLS Programme and the Team Leader: Intergenerational Women’s Leadership Programme (IWLP). This position will provide administrative assistance for the GIRLS Programme in planning, coordination, implementing the programme in a timely highly efficient manner.

Specific objectives of the job:

· Provision of administration and logistical support to the GIRLS Officer in line with FWRM programme procedures.

· Provision of Financial Support to the GIRLS Officer in line with FWRM Programme procedures.

· Provision of event planning and organisation of all GIRLS events.

· Provision of monitoring and evaluation support to the GIRLS Programme. Key competencies

· At least two years of experience working with children is desirable.

· At least two years of experience working with Donor supported Projects.

· Computer literate and fluent in using Microsoft Office applications as MS Word and MS Excel

· Well organised with attention to detail and ability to plan workload and manage time effectively.

· Clear Police Record as position will be working with minors.

Salary range:

FJD20,000 – FJD32,000 - depending on academic qualification and work experience.
