FWRM is seeking 2 translators for the FWRM’s upcoming Access to Justice: Family Law Act Brochure update. The translators will be working closely with the Team Leader Gender & Transitional Justice Program team.

Specific Objectives of the job:

1. Translate 8 brochures (3-fold),

- English to Vosa Vakaviti (x1)

- English to Fiji Hindi/Fiji Baat (x1)

2. Work closely with the team in creating accurate translation of Family Court information.

3. Be flexible with time.

Key Qualifications of the job:

1. A minimum of two years of translation work is preferred.
2. A certification in Language is an added advantage.
3. Experience in working with rights-based organisations.

FWRM is looking for three (3) Copy Editor to support the update of its Access to Justice: Family Law Act Brochures. The Copy Editors will work closely with the Team Leader, Gender and Transitional Justice Programme to ensure that content is clear, accurate, accessible, and consistent across all materials.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Copy edit and proofread eight (8) Family Law Act brochures in English, iTaukei, and Fiji Hindi. 
• Review content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, consistency, clarity, and readability. 
• Ensure information is presented in a user-friendly and accessible manner for diverse audiences. 
• Work closely with the project team to incorporate feedback and finalise content for publication. 
• Maintain consistency in terminology, style, and formatting across all brochures. 
• Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work within agreed timelines.

Key Qualifications

1. Qualification in English, Communications, Journalism, Editing, Publishing, Law, or a related field. 
2. Minimum of two years' experience in copy editing, proofreading, or content development. 
3. Experience in working with rights-based organisations.

FWRM is seeking a Graphic Designer for FWRM’s upcoming policy brief on young women’s leadership in Fiji. The Graphic Designer will be working closely with the Team Leader and the Research Officer of the Gender & Transitional Justice Program team. 

Specific Objectives of the job: 

1. Graphic design and layout of 4-6 pages of the policy brief. 
2. Work closely with the team in creating high-quality info graphs, design and layout of the policy brief. 
3. Be flexible with time. 

Key Qualifications of the job: 

1. A Diploma in Graphic Design. 
2. A minimum of two years of design and layout preferred. 
3. Experience in working with rights-based organisations.
